Residents committee manual (available early 2019)

A comprehensive manual for the establishment and operation of residents committees is available to residents committees or to villages wishing to establish a residents committee.

On request to the ARQRV office, one printed manual in loose leaf format will be provided, without cost, to a village.   Additional manuals will be $35, which covers the cost of printing, binding and postage. 

 The manual may also be viewed online.
